1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any services provided by Atletas Performance Center ("APC", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

APC provides athletic training programs, coaching sessions, facility rentals, and related services at 11301 W 88th St, Overland Park, KS 66214. Session schedules, pricing, and availability are subject to change.

3. Registration & Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Payments & Cancellations

All session bookings are subject to our cancellation policy. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at APC's discretion. Package sessions expire as specified at time of purchase.

5. Liability Waiver

Participation in athletic training involves inherent physical risks. By using our services, you acknowledge these risks and agree that APC, its coaches, and staff are not liable for injuries sustained during training activities, except in cases of gross negligence.

6. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to treat coaches, staff, and fellow athletes with respect. APC reserves the right to terminate access for conduct that is disruptive, abusive, or harmful to others.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
